What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?
My mornings have the same routine, I pull in the first car that’s in for service and give it an initial check to see if I need extra parts.
Depending on the day I may have to do this a few times.
I try to get as many parts on the first order as possible.
When a car is booked for a service I’ll have the common parts on hand. This allows me to continue my work while I wait for the order to arrive.
In some cases I may have to wait for customer approval or other smaller jobs may arrive unannounced. So getting a head start on as many jobs as possible is a must.
If I get my morning rituals wrong I really feel it later on. They really set the tone of my day.
