Dry Weather Is a Mechanic’s Best Friend

Dry days aren’t just nice; they make working on cars infinitely better.

Daily writing prompt
What is your favorite type of weather?

This is honestly an easy answer for a mechanic. Dry weather in any form is usually the best, temperature permitting of course because I can’t think of anything worse than snow, ice or dirty water dripping down my neck and under my shirt.

It’s uncomfortable and can make you feel really crappy all day long. Yes most of us, unless you’re a mobile tech are indoors but the cars we work on have driven in mud, rain, and slush before we put them up on a lift or crawl under them on a creeper.
