Today’s prompt is an easy one. A sandwich. Plain and simple just an ordinary sandwich.
Nothing special. No crazy ingredients. I just like sandwiches. I love making everything into a sandwich. When I plan dinner, one of the first questions is, can this become tomorrow’s sandwich?

If I were to have one named after me and I had to consider it’s contents it would be simple enough.
I love rye bread, so that’s the base. Then slow-cooked corned beef, sharp cheddar, and a good sprinkling of chopped raw Spanish onion. Finish it with Colman’s English mustard for a bit of heat. And all served with the best Tayto cheese and onion crisps; something I really miss since my recent move.
It’s probably too simple to ever be named after me. But if it was, I’d happily order it every day.
